By accessing and exploring the Site’s content, the user accepts, without limitation, these Terms of Use and acknowledges that any other agreement with ZeBlast concerning the use of the Site is superseded and with no force or effect.

Unless it contravenes applicable law, ZeBlast reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to alter and update the information contained in its Site, in addition to changing its configuration, presentation, and the Terms of Use. The users are automatically bound by the Terms of Use in force at the time they access the Site and must, therefore, read the Terms of Use from time to time.

Users accept that they are responsible for the way they use the Site, its services, and content. Additionally, users will be liable before ZeBlast and/or third parties for any damages caused as a result of the infringement of these Terms of Use and the applicable law.

 

Site availability and accessibility

ZeBlast will not be liable before users for damages arising from the use of the current Site, nor for any action carried out based on the information provided on it.

ZeBlast shall not be liable for any security breaches or disconnections that may occur, nor for any damage caused to the user’s device (hardware and software) or any files and documents stored in it, as a result of the user’s device having a virus. Additionally, ZeBlast shall not be liable for any browser malfunction or the use of any outdated versions of the browser.

 

Responsibility for links and hyperlinks

To help the user find further information or services of interest, the Site may include direct links to other websites. These websites have not been reviewed by ZeBlast and are maintained by third parties over which ZeBlast has no control.

Spam

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use will be governed by and interpreted following the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.

Any disagreement, claim or dispute regarding interpretation, execution and/or resolution of these Terms of Use will be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Hong Kong SAR.

 

Changes to the Terms of Use

ZeBlast Technology Ltd. reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time, without prior notice to users. It is the user’s responsibility to periodically check these Terms of Use for any changes. Severability
